In this video we will see how to apply discounts programmatically from a Shopify Theme by using the newly introduced Discount AJAX API. With this API we will be able to apply and remove discount codes from within a Shopify Theme’s cart drawer, cart page, or anywhere else in the theme where it makes sense to have a discount codes field.
